    I was lucky enough to acquire a 67 Ampeg B15n recently. I got it to go with my vintage Fenders but I decided to try it with my Rob Allen MB2 5. Oh my holy trousers! Together they just sang. A perfect combination of he RB tone and vintage Ampeg thump. The feel and tone was so acoustic made even my playing sound good! Who would have known almost 50 years apart and made for each other. Any other cool combinations out thee you have found?

    Hi there, can I just share the fact that I have now shipped and had shipped to me basses rom UK Spain, USA and Italy using couriers. You need not be worried so long you follow the packing instructions on the forum. A hard case, bubble wrap and a good quality outer card box with lots of tape.Only my experience.

    I love my Vintage P & J's but find some of the more sophisticated admittedly better made alternatives lacking somehow. Having said this De Gier basses look and sound like what I think a J or P should AND are made to a very high standard. Has anyone got one?
