Gloworm Festival at Thoresby Hall in Notts, depping for Johnny and the Raindrops, who do original songs for kids. https://youtube.com/channel/UCfudHoUzRaZd-A7CzlzRzRA
We had kids up on stage playing cardboard guitars and dressed up as carrots and peas and all sorts. Fantastic gig.
Maybe a tad over egged?

In a similar vein, I played a 'Rock night' in a local pub with different scratch bands. Last act on, the singer, who was drunk, fell backwards into the drum kit!

The Lion at Basford in Nottingham. We've played here a few times and it's always a great gig for us. The crowd were right into it with much cavorting and dad-dancing at the end. Our drummer even got his own fan-club.
The vat was paid up front so it was included and there was no import fee - I believe that purchases under £50 pay zero duty, which is only 2 or 3% anyway
Just used these guys for some strings which were hard to find through normal outlets (or v expensive)
