  1. Not exactly Krautrock, but I really like the band Kraan (more jazz rock I guess) Check out the opening guitar riff
  2. They'll last me at least 9 months. Be interesting to see how you get on with the cobalt flats
  3. I heard an even better one by Mike Lull. Guy bought a used Lull neck of eBay and found it was warped when it arrived. He contacted Mike Lull who said he'd fix it. Guy sends neck to Mike, who fixes it and sends it back to the guy without charge and not even charging for the carriage!
  4. I use GHS pressure wounds. You get the zing on the g string, but the E string played up the dusty end has more bite than flats.
  5. Horslips, The Book of Invasions. It appeals to my Celtic heritage. Love the album cover too
  6. Congratulations grandad! I have two wonderful grandkids and they are pure joy Bass thing? A new hat.....all bass players wear hats don't they?
  7. I give you Ian 'Mole' Etteridge Played on the same bill as him once (not with Godsend). He's amazing
  8. .....and she's buying a stairway to Heaven I think not, Amazon don't have a box big enough
  9. This 👆 A great drummer makes the band. The best interpretive drummer I've played with is on this track... Mel - who wrote, produced, played guitar and did all the vocals on this track is in the band I'm in - we're very lucky to have her. Davide Gallo is the drummer she used and did a great job of interpretation I thought.
  10. The Everly Pregnant Brothers are great - the lead singer is an undertaker! Here's one of theirs that vied for Christmas No1 3 years ago apologies to Kings of Leon fans....
  11. The Cort Jeff Berlin Rithimic is reputed to be a banger for a relatively small amount of beer tokens https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/223981449341
