Cool is, that two Members of the german Bassboard "Bassprofessor" (yeah we're a small Board, but we all know each other also in the real Life) came to my House in the nearer Past and tested the Frudua, wich they did'nt know until that Point. Both were really surprised, found the Bass really great and were impressed with the Low B, Craftmanship, Sound Playability and Feel and both said.... "I wouldn't sell this awesome Bass." So I kept mine....

Ahhh another Frudua. Just like mine. You could mention, that Pickups are DiMarzio. These are really great Basses. Maybe underrated, because they are unknown. To me It's a Love&Hate Thing. Thought many Times about to sell it, because when I play my Lakland, wich I'm very used to, i think "Uhh I want another one." But the Frudua cuts through...amazing. Playing, Feel and also Sound is great, and when I play the Frudua I think " Are you stupid Man, why should I sell such a great Bass?" The only Thing I did not like about my Frudua is "Sunburst" so now, I think more about to get a new "Paint Job" for my GFJ5. Maybe White or something Sparkle. Here it is. Exactly like yours. I only modded the Knobs.

FS: 8 String Fender P Bass, converted by Jon Shuker (SOLUTION)
AREA replied to Sean.Robinson's topic in Basses For Sale
Hi there, 1st: @73Jazz...Hey Maurice, what a Story. Hope you'll get your Bass or your Money soon. Good Luck for you and kind Regards....Thomas 2nd: Great Support from all the honourable Members here. Chapeau to you all. I've also done some Deals here and also in many other Boards. In Germany of Course, but also in UK, USA and in the Netherlands and never have any Problems. Not as a Buyer, nor as a Seller. Eyerything was allways fine. I can't help myself, I believe in something like "Honour" between Musicians and It is really a Shame to read something like that, but...Hey Guys... this could happen in any Board around the World. Black Sheeps and A..ho..s are everywhere. Hope we get this "done"! -

Hi Guys, up for Trade is here my Frudua GFJ-5 wich I bought new in 2011 and wich was ment to be my Backup Bass, so it's Condition is absolutely flawless. It's a really great Bass, but I'm so used to my Lakland 55-02, wich is my Main Axe. So such Basses like a Skyline 55-01 for Example would be my prefered Trade Objekt, but I'm open to Offers, so let's see what you have. For Example...I'm also tempted to a nice Carvin 5-String. Must be a 5-String. with wider Spacing, fretted, as mentioned before, Skyline 5-Sting prefered, but lets see what you have. The Frudua GFJ5 - Two Piece Alder Body Sunburst, with Tortoise Pickguard - 34" Scale - Mapleneck/-fretboard with MoP Blockinlays /Set-Neck goes into the Body till the Neck PU, 6-Times bolted - Di Marzio Pickups J/JJ - 2-Band active EQ/Preamp - JJ in the Neck Position is splitable, so that you have a J/J in 60s Pickup Position - Active/Passive switchable. In Passive Mode you have a additional passive Toneblend, like a real Jazz Bass - 19mm Stringspacing @ the Bridge - Fresh Fender 7250-5 Strings - Gigbag included Feel free to ask further Questiones or for additional Pictures. If I have to name a Price I would think 590,-GBP or 700,- Eur. with Gigbag and fully insured Shipping included, would be fair. Original Picture of that Bass:

Just pulled the Trigger for a TC Rig. Ordered the BH500 Head also, but with two BC212 Cabinets. I'm currently playing in two Bands with two Rehearsal Rooms, so I will use one Cab in each Room for Practice... I guess little Gigs can be done with one Cab and for bigger Stages I would use both of them. Can't await to have it here....
Hey Mike! Fancy seeing you here! I bought a Lakland Skyline after being given one for a tour this year, the bass felt really good so I bought my own. Now I have too many guitars! Can't remember what bass I had on Jayne's stuff (was it live or studio?) Hope you're well mate.
...that means, you won't consider other Basses (5-Stringers) as a Trade Object...?

I also got 2x12". It's a TecAmp Puma 112 Combo (12,5kg) and a TecAmp XS112 Cab (10Kg) Sounds so awesome and huge. Just sold my bigger Stack, because there won't be a Situation where I would need more to hear me on Stage. I was annoyed to carry Tons of heavy Cabs and Amps just as my personal Monitor on Stage. So this does it very well for me.

I also have a Lightweight Cab... Tecamp Puma Combo 112 (12,5 kg) + additional Extension Cab XS 112 (10 Kg) Sounds so huuuuuge, so detailed, warm and powerful.
You seem very defensive. Is he a friend of yours?
No, but I've had some very nice, kind and very, very helpful Contacts in the last few Days, via Phone and e-mail. That leads me to believe that the Guys at Frudua (Galeazzo Frudua and Davide Garbujo) are real honourable Men wich like to build very good sounding Basses with very good Specs and Hardware also in their affordable "Crafted in Korea" Range, so the GFJ Basses are. That's all.
