8. I had a set of regular length fender flats that I hated. I needed some for my mustang so cut these to length and they sound - great. Just my experience!
9. I got one and it's the dogs. Free bump!
10. Always switch your phone off . . . . or this might happen - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wjtU9coTwr8
11. I think the correct impedance ext speaker to use depends on whether the output is wired in series or parallel - I've got a feeling that these are wired like the nemesis combos - which would make it OK to use with a 4 ohm cab. Can't be sure though.
12. I assume that's £350 each? or for the pair?
13. Serious bargain - free bump!
14. Nice bass - forum rules state you need to state a price - or did I miss it somewhere?
15. Don't know about the Ashdown but the Roland is very good - deceptively loud and deep for it's power. Lots of frills that are useable as well.
16. OK - does it so the other thing - where it listens to your guitarists chords and works out the harmonies to put alongside your voice?
17. Hiya! Interested in this - can you manually set the key for the harmony instead of getting it to detect the key of the song from a guitar/keyboard? Cheers Col
18. I sometimes gig at The Cross Tree in Byfield . . . . kind of . . . . bump!
19. I use a digitech BSW on setting 2 - kind of an envolope follower with an octave down. I think it tracks pretty well and the sound is great - but it's not hugely versatile. Just my ha'penneth.
20. Before pimping, I's personally try to set the bass up to make the most of what you've got - ie adjusting the pickup height and angle. I've owned a few warwicks with MEC electrics and been pretty happy with them! Did you buy the bass new? It's possible that the B string is from a different set, consequently sounding different - just a thought!
21. What 'don't' you like about the pups and pre that are in it?
