1. Beedster needs one of these - hey Chris - if you drove up to Lancaster to collect it - maybe you could drop the Ibanez off on the way ha ha!
2. Shame ur not after a 4 string Musicman - got a lovely Sterling!
3. Lovely close grain on this one - nice!!
4. She's a bootifull beeeaatch!
5. I've got a Custom Shop 64 closet classic in those colours and it's just awesome. I was playing in a Floyd tribute at the time I got it so bought a set of EMG's to go on it to be like Guys (sad I know!) but they wouldn't slot in without me widening the routs - so I've left it with the originals in. I've got a few really nice basses but this one is definately one of my best!
6. Happy to go with a box so long as it's well packaged Chris. Don't do paypal, but once you've found a box I can either do bank transfer or a cheque. Ironically my family were in Canterbury last weekend looking at the uni for one of my boys - don't suppose you have access to a Tardis? Regards Col
7. Meet at London Euston station?
8. Come on Chris - What's ur best price posted - remember the ash PJ body? Think you owe me one dude!
9. Wasn't the original price posted dude?
10. Make her mine Cap'n - coming to MK soon?
11. If you fancy some classic rock, I'm quitting Insurrection at the end of the year mate! What's with the change of name dude? Regards Col
12. As long as the bridge works and looks ok - I'd keep it - brass and meaty. If it's tarnished you can clean them up a treat with metal polish.
13. three and a half hours away . . . sooooo tempted!
14. I think the main choice between TI's and La Bellas is the tension thing - I love TI's but they feel floppy when I dig in so I'm really digging La Bellas at the mo - TI's on my fretless though!
15. Daren't add to the stock - my house will sink!
16. Interested in a GT6B or a Pod Live or something Westone in PX?
17. Just a quick word about late 70's Fenders. I have a 77 sunburst/maple ash Jazz - it's the heaviest bass I own but my god does it sound awesome - indeedy! Funnily I don't notice the weight when I gig it as it balances well!
18.
Can anyone lend me £625? Pleeeease!
Ha ha - shouldn't havve sold me the SQ - it's a beast!
19. If only you'd post . . . !
20. I've tried many multi fx and found tracking to be a problem on both Boss and Line Six stuff. Korg and Zoom units seem to track much better - I'm loving my Zoom B9.1u at the moment!
21. I've got the older version - it kicks - versatile EQ and very punchy but warm tone. Just bear in mind if you run an extension cab it needs to be 4 ohms or you'll drop power.
22. Great cabs - free bump!
