I've got two old and very well used Ekos. 12/6-string acoustic and an SG-style electric with an old Bigsby, Gibson p'ups and these ancient Ibanez tuners. Family guitars we all learnt on. Lots of love for Eko If you happen to stumble across another one...
Love this.
 2.
Precision,Jazz,Harley Davidson = Holy Trinity
Sell the donor mobile and buy a Stingray I do love that Jazz.
 3.
This is an honest, questioning post, NOT trolling. Why does there seem to be a need for being a "Christian ......." (insert whatever here). I have recently seen a "Christian Motorbike Club" (out on a Sunday BTW), and this morning pulled up in a car park next to a car plastered in Christian stickers, including "Christian Surfers". Now we have "Christian Bass Players". There doesn't seem to be the need for atheist, Jewish or Muslim versions of these groups, why the need to create this segregation?
I understand your point, maybe 'Worship bass players' would have been a better title. I have found it an interesting thread, it's a 'gig' that I'll never do and seems very much removed from the type of gig I'd do and the question I did ask had some interesting, eloquent answers.
 4.
I thought the 'holy trinity' was precision, jazz and stingray? I'm liking your sterling though.
Haha, it's a Stingray for the smaller handed.
 5. I bought this a few months back but haven't used it, I haven't got the time. I paid £80 but it didn't have a module, I bought one for £50 and a PSU for £10 totalling £140, I'm looking for £115. From the original thread "It comes with the frame, module (10 inputs), 5 Ion Pads, one big Yamaha rubber pad (I was using as a snare), it comes with two pedals, I was using one for the hi-hat. I can throw in a pair of sticks, but I've not got a stool (I was borrowing one). It's got no built-in sounds, instead it connects to a PC by USB, I instead found a great piece of freeware (which I'll obviously include) that lets you tweak loads of settings and lets you run it with any midi software. I was using this with Tracktion and Drumkit from Hell, and really loved it. Only selling really as I'm awful, and haven't got the time to put into getting good. Its actually branded Pacific Digital - DrumExtreme, but its identical to the Ion ones. It comes with one two-zone pad, and four one zone pads, 2 foot pedals. " The module is an Ion Alesis iDMO2 The
 6. As was discussed in another thread some of us have the 'holy trinity' which consists of a P, Jazz and MM. Some people might have different ideas as to a holy trinity but they are unfortunatly wrong. Here's mine:

 8. If I wasn't getting the Bass Terror I probably would have had it.
 9.
what he said
Nah, Matt Freeman is awesome.

 11. I'd never go near a church but it does interest me as to the way you do a church gig, it seems like there is A LOT of audience participation, does that put you off?
 12. Did anyone ever get their pickguards back? I sent him 2 a Fender Jazz one and a MM Stingray one and I still haven't got them back, I had a PM replied to a year ago say he was sending them but still nothing.
 13. Don't Sit Down 'cause I've Moved Your Chair
 14.
Nobody's does.
Then they shouldn't have called them kettle leads.
 15.
I think I'd be straight onto the phone with Martin Peterson and Rob Green.
I wouldn't phone Rob Green, He'd only drop it.....
 16.
Wheras I'm really into my volkswagens and if I had £20k it'd be on a car. If a 1948 split rear screen beetle came along, I'd have to drop it all and change my trousers shortly after. I already have a bass and an amp, if I had like 1 or 2 grand then yeah I'd be after a new bass or rig, but £20k is mental.
Did up a Hebmuller once, incredible car. Sorry to go OT.
 17. Better to have a kettle lead than a lead kettle.
