Reminds me: A teacher is taking a class and is asking about hobbies ;What hobbies does your dad have?' Jimmy says 'My dad drives to public toilets waits for other men to come in then offers sexual favours in exchange for small change' The Teacher says 'Really?' Jimmy says 'No, he plays an extended range bass but I was too embarrassed to say'
 2.
Absolute guff. On a par with this monstrosity:
Seriously who is that? He must 'win' some kind of award for that pic.
 3.
The only reason Low End Bee can turn his OTB up so high is because he doesn't have a Barefaced cab. Rather than buying some AX7s with even higher gain, what he needs is a louder cab. Like a Barefaced. Like most attempts at humour, it doesn't really work when you have to explain it.
4. That blue Fender looks amazing.
 5.
I think it's a nice bass for the right price.
That's not the right price.
 6. I have one of these beautiful looking basses for sale, due to me needing funds for a head Bought about 3 years ago from Cranes in Cardiff for £549 and I bought it about 2 months back, I'm looking for £275,. Here's some specs: 5 string 3.4 kg 3 band active EQ Spalted maple top Maple/mahogany neck through design Mahogany wings 34 inch scale Single humbucker It's a great bass, really light, very fast neck, comfortable to play. You can get some great tones out of it, can be very smooth or very stingray-esque
 7.
I use it through one 200w cab at rehearsals. Could probably gig with that too. Should be fine.
I have a 300W and a 600W cab in case but I'd rather used the Ampegs.
 8. Oh what I was going to ask is I have 2 X 200W cabs would using them be a problem?
 9.
This is the coolest thing I've seen in ages. If Fender Custom shop made me a Blue Paisley 54 (Not Blue Flower - Ugh) With this pickup setup, i'd be very very happy.
Looks like wallpaper.
 10. Put a bid on one if I win it, awesome but if not I will keep on till I get one.
 11.
I think they made a cock up of that one! I don't get the Fender thing at all! Not that there's anything wrong with em.
I think it's a lot like cars, people find nice paint jobs and chrome cool where as if you had a wonky car with no paint it'd look rubbish.
 12.
Mine is cooler!
And smaller.
 13. Depends if you turn the amp on or not.
 14.
is it just me or would the fretless neck have been better on top so you can see what you are doing?
You assume anyone who could see would buy it, that's a big assumption to make
 15.
Tried one out yesterday, straight out of the box in my local shop. Gloss black and maple board - looked bloody lovely! Pretty much identical to my CV Precision, but the neck felt slightly fatter. If you like it, you'll pay the extra £50...
But it's not Identical as it has a maple board.
 16. Indeed I bought one for £380 shortly afterwards.
