Had all the basses out this morning, gave them all a clean up, lem oiled the rosewood necks, sanded the back of the necks that need doing, sorted out any intonation problems and boiled the string (except the 70's Jazz that's suppose to sound dull). 2 hours of work now all my basses are tip-top, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Keeps your fingers cool when you're playing.

I had a J-Retro in my HW1 Jazz for a bit but it's only lately I have been getting into active stuff, I may buy one for my Fender Jazz.

This thread re-enforces my belief that when I have kids I must put a lock on the bass room door.
