2.
Looks good Mine will be without the scratchplate and with a P/J pickups! The idea with the white fretboard is pretty good as well
What bass would I be doing it on mate?
 3.
Are the pickups going to be white/painted too?
Don't know yet TBH need to see how it looks. It probably won't be finished till next week but it's looking good.
 4.
Soap and water and a cloth for cleaning the fingerboard. Maybe meths if it has broken though, as that will evapoourate easily and get rid of the finger grease. Why didn't you fill the scratchplate holes before painting?
Because I'm having a perspex scratchplate so I'll need the holes.
 5. Right masking tape is off there has been a little bleed but nothing that can't be cut in, also in this pic it looks like the paint has bubbled it hasn't it's just a trick of the light but I could only take one picture as the battery ran out.
 6. I'm with you buddy, I'm trying to play Lovecats on mine.
 7. Masking tape nearly ready to come off, bit nervous.
 8.
I had the same thing with some competition shocks they were well under value and I was bricking it. Luckily the last seconds seen them more than double. Talk about a sigh of relief.
I was a little confident as it had 99 watchers so I was just hoping 2 of them had fallen in love with it, it is a nerve racking experience though for sure.
 9.
Bleedin' hell I opened my watch list with 4 mins to go it was at £286. Goes to show no need to shill just have the balls to have it go it's own way till the end.
I was worried towards the end but it's an auction therefore a risk.
 10. Lovecats - The Cure, I've done the easy bit by learning it on a fretted later on I'm going to try on a fretless
 11.
However, Jaco was much more talented and ten times cooler,
I disagree.
 12.
It's a good word... even better when it's spelled right.
Burn
 13. I really think a lot of the hype around the JV's is because of the logo, I fear that if they had a Squier logo they wouldn't be as sought after.
 14. It's OK as long as they are both at the same venue.
 15. Cheers guys, the situation is my laptop is buggered and I was going to get one for my birthday but I'm selling this now so I have a laptop and then I'm going to get a 75RI Jazz for my birthday
 16.
I'm more than happy with all of my MIM Jazzs. As I am a tinkerer and replace bridges, pickups etc., I don't see the point in paying more for parts I'm likely to replace anyway. As long as the neck is comfortable and it has a good neck/body pocket, it's a winner. Maybe I've just been lucky with my MIMs.
I hear that I have 12 basses always gig with my modded MIM Jazz.
 17.
Not sure on the Highway One. They were very popular a couple of years ago, but you don't hear much of them now. I know WaynePunkDude has one up for sale at the moment...
Indeed I do in part to fund a MIJ 75RI.
 18. It's taken me an age to get it but I like deep and clear with a little top end, I get exactly what I want with my SVT and Jazz.

 20.
Due to quite frankly the most insulting offer ever, I am giving up with selling on here for a while.
I've had a few of those, I ignore them but I can understand your frustration.
