1. Just take the 'a' away from Bugera and you will be saying that within a week of buying it.
 2. I have 12 basses but the funny thing is when I go gigging I only ever pick up the Jazz I have had since time began.
 3. One of my fave basses on the site I give it a little look every now and again.
 4. Used to have one of these, great amp.
 5.
Indeed! I wonder where they are
I did a gig with Cantdosleepy which I think was the last gig for his band so he may be doing something other than bass.
 6.
I saw your for sale thread for the old one
Haha silly me, it looks awesome when it's on though.
 7.
New tuner
Wasn't as hard as I thought
 8.
Ha! Im back in the mother land next weekend for the may bank holiday, but i'm coming back by train so i'll be buggered if i'm bringing it back that way! ! Got a feeling i might have to evil bay it.
Hmmm I can't, can I?
 9.
Nice apart from the FECKING colour...................
Looks beautiful to me.
 10.
You must be gagging to get cracking on this, Wayne! Jon.
Haha I'm removing my personal taste from this. I run through some Queen numbers to get a feel for it this morning with finger quite nice to play so far.
 11. I have changed my rig a little, can you spot the difference? Before: After:
 12. I remember I used to get refused credit from them every month. Huge stock. Did they go down the pan?
 13.
I should have added - If you've not done a show before then more important than tone (btw fender precision if you have one) is watch the MD / conductor like a hawk! Oh yes and enjoy!
I have got a P but I don't think it'd suit the look so I'm thinking my natural Jazz would suit the image better. Cheers I've never worked with a conductor before so I'll need to practice that.
 14.
played it one hour in the bedroom. That's it. Then something else came....
Sorry but I laughed at this, good luck with the sale buddy.
 15.
I agree about B2's fetching silly money (if you are buying). I'd been thinking about getting one but there were non around in my area (Newcastle) to try out so I bought a Riverside Guitars copy off Ebay for £75. The strings were old and the action was awful but it still sounded pretty good. Now that I've changed the strings and fiddled a bit with the action it sounds even better. I like the way it feels, i.e. very light which is great for me as I'm the singer too. It also takes regular single ball ended strings so that's a bonus! I might move onto a B2a now that I've been playing the Riverside for a while but I'm expecting to pay well over £200 for a 4 string so I needed to be sure I could live with it first, suggest you do the same if you're still looking for one.
I've missed on 2 at silly money I am keeping my eye out still.
 16. Great interface used to have one of these, bargain price too.

 18.
With the smoking ban firmly in place we may never again see this kind of mojo on a bass... http://www.talkbass.com/forum/showthread.php?t=644365
Good riddance to it.
 19.
A friend of mine has been to see this and says Neil Murray reads it. Monster of a set list with some tricky phrasing in places; hats off to you and huge kudos if you take it on.
I'm going to give it a go, you get nowhere saying no.
 20. I asked my band but sadly they lack a sense of adventure.
 21.
How did you end up with that gig? how big is the production???????
Not very big, the guitarist asked me to do it.
 22.
learn some Queen numbers? lol
Haha if I'm honest I've never played any Queen (I f***ing hate Queen) and I've only just been asked to do it. I was wondering what songs I'd need to learn and more importantly how to achieve the tone of who ever Queen's bass player is/was.
