The only band I can think of who don't do any of that are NOFX.

The Beer Cart Arms in Canterbury has closed, not only was it my local but also the best live music venue in the city. This was probably the most fun I ever had playing

I picked a Ric off of Clarky to pass onto Beedster, again it was a wonderful looking thing but just wasn't for me.

as it's just for noodling on at home I can see it being too much of a problem, I've never seen the point in the ones with the the knob on the lower horn.
