I would never put the tuner in my signal path for the reasons you mention. I might just save for a Korg DTR 1000. I wish there was a middle ground option around £80.

I bought the Behringer I don't know why, I'm so stupid. I can't really afford a Korg but I want something with a lot better response, is there any middle ground?

If you enter in your max at the last minute then you don't have to pay an inflated price .

I always wait till the last second that way I don't get in a bidding war and therefore push the price up.

I have gigged with my Badger 10W 10" with the great EQ option of bass and treble nether of which do anything. I love that amp

I want a better tuner.

I now have my Ampeg and when I used it on Saturday I was very happy but I haven't used it with my Fender yet so hopefully when I have I will be very happy.

I know how to set my gain, it's just in my head the bigger coil would logically need more gain to power it .

Ah I was wondering if a passive with bigger coils would need more gain to power them. Cheers

A little question about gain. On the Trace I had to put the gain up to 7 before it clipped on this I put it up to 4 but that is with my P on the Ampeg but my Jazz on the Trace. Do you you have to put the gain up more for a higher output pick up or a lower output pick up?
