Never use instrument cables to connect your head to your cab. Playing tips wise never get complacent onstage if it is a repetitive line still think about it, in practice the other day i was playing a simple song but when it changed i didn't the band asked me why i didn't change i explained i was wondering what to have for dinner.

I played with a band a few weeks back, the bass player had the same cab as me (Ashdown 4x10) so we decided instead of stacking them we set one up on each side of the stage and it sounded amazing, not much help but I'm never much help.
