1. Dave / OBBM has just sent me a TC BH250 in immaculate condition. Great communication, super quick delivery, expertly packed and exactly as described. What's not to love? Highly recommended. 😊
2.
Studies have shown that information in PDF format is 58% more likely to be accurate.
Did you get that stat in PDF format?.. 😉
3. Yep, GK range would be my advice too. RB range if you are ok with a larger head, or the MB range if you want super portability. Two channels, foot switchable for gain, real tube pre's as well if you go for the fusion range! Also; I'm finding a Mesa Subway D800 good for metal at the moment by slightly driving its OD/gain stage...
4. Bought a range of bass books from Jim. Great guy, super helpful and dropped them off at a convenient location. Books were in great condition. Very impressed. Thank you 😊
5. Just bought Mike's Jaco CD from him. Great communications, well packaged, fast shipping, perfect condition. Buy with confidence here guys. 😊
6. Just bought a Korg tuner from frankyex, posted out quickly and received without any issues. Thank you.
7. I know there's room for improvement in their videos. But at least they do make and upload videos. They're definitely in the minority, and it's good to see them taking the time to do this. Hopefully someone can direct them to this thread so they can use this feedback constructively and improve.
8.
I had a Puma 1000 and my MB Fusion 800 at the same time. Both great amps, but liked the GK slightly better. The sound has more character and a 2-channel feature is always cool.
+1, same and same. 😀
9. Well done!
10.
Not a lot in it between a 4 or 8ohm single-cab solution. Going from one 8ohm cab to two 8ohm cabs is a different kettle of fish, however.
This! The BB3 is also nice and responsive so will get the most from the head.
11. OBBM for me. Had many leads, but his are certainly top notch. And getting exactly the right length you need cant be understated.
12.
Wireless, line 6 G-50. Blue
Priceless! 😂
13. Nice heads these, plenty of versatility; with the headphone out etc, and if I'm not mistaken; that's a very good price too. GLWTS.
14. I'm a big Flea fan, and although that wasn't a piece I will likely listen to again, I'm glad that he took the stage and gave it a blast. I will avoid moaning about people moaning about people moaning about people moaning about people on forums, as that would be steeped in irony!
15. I'm a fan of getting the bridge as close to the end of the body as possible. I'm not a fan of a bridge that creeps towards the middle and pushes the neck and first position too far from the body. Very nice bass, congratulations 😀
16. If this comes to the Herts bash it might have to come home with me!
17. Lovely bass, GLWTS.
18. Looks like a nice bass. Is that an extra strap button you've had fitted too?
19. £625...! A Barefaced Super Twin gen 3 cab in excellent condition with only one small mark. It's the metal grill version. Comes with black Roqsolid padded cover with green piping. Located in Kent, UK. http://barefacedbass.com/product-range/Super-Twin.htm Ideally looking for a trade with a Big Twin 2 or a Big Baby 2; including cash adjustment if needed: But also happy with a straight sale.
