1.
My old bass! Don't let the cosmetic condition put you off; very high quality, plays like a dream and is very light. With the preamp upgrade it must be a monster, as it sounded pretty good with the stock one. mrn1989 is also a great chap to deal with.
Thanks man
 2. Here is a bass I purchased from fellow basschatter Sharkfinger about 4 months ago and despite it being a great bass I seem to still be unable to put down my Stingray. I replaced the preamp as the blend on the stock preamp had crapped out and I couldn't find another PCB post that would fit, I will however supply the original preamp and parts. I have fitted the Baselines STC-3M3 so it now has Bass/Middle/Treble/Blend/ Volume (with pull bass and treble boost and a mid cut) Which alone costs £100+ The bass is in the same condition as it was when I purchased it so it has plenty of dings and dents and a chip on the upper horn plus it looks like the neck screws poked through the finish at some point, from what I can tell it is a 1995 Made in Japan model. It is a super light and great sounding and playing bass perfect for a backup or a resto project. £180.00 Collected from HP14

 4.
If you have a tuner such as the Boss TU2 that works. Only downside is when you switch the tuner on it only mutes one amp.
I tried that with a fender tuner I have but for some reason one of the outputs was quieter than the other, must be something wrong with it.
 5. I believe the sends on both amps are post eq and I'm tryin to get it so I can have 2 different eq settings bully Sheehan style.

 13.
Regarding the Budda Chakra, I bought one based on the information here and it completely changed my mind about compressors. Before then, I had never used one live (usually built into amps) that I liked or found useful.
Same for me, its a great pedal for bass or guitar. Thanks @sharkfinger

 17.
There is no right or wrong though, do whatever sounds right to you.
Exactly
 18.
Do you do this with your pickup, or keep it straight?
No props! I have it straight, inline with the body not the neck. I don't see a reason why you can't angle it with the neck I just don't see what difference there would be. I will check mine but I believe the pickup is straight with the body and the strings are an equal height on the E left and right side.
