    Purchased this bass as i have always wanted a spector as they sound incredible !! The build of these instruments is astonishing this one in particular being white is hard to hide any faults. i have found zero defects, it just oozes quality from the Bridge to the nut, this was a one off custom paint job with the wimbish signature left off the bass. the tone from this bass is wide and varied from a good impression of a P bass to anything you like really, a nice growl in there too, i found a sweet spot with the p bass pickup rolled back slightly and it just shines with the right amount brightness and thickness to the sound , the neck is nothing short of fantastic with being 1.5" at the nut, neck feels solid as can be and very fast, tuners are the schaller m4. smooth and accurate. the bridge is brass with locking nuts, a solid piece of hardware, totally impressed with this bass, they are expensive no doubt !! but if you are thinking about buying one don,t hesitate worth every penny.

    purchases a spector bass from mike, could not be more helpful, paid the dosh and bass was with me next day delivery, great communication too. this is why i buy basses from bass chat. it is probably the only place where we have a great bunch of guys and we can trust each other. thanks again mike hope you get the bass you want.

    on the bass i have installed a Badass 2 Zinc bridge at £120 and a £170 case that you will not get with a new one !!! this bass is only 3 weeks old so basically new. George

Fender deluxe tweed case Limited edition 1 of 78. 4.2kg this bass was purchased for me as a gift, i am not really a jazz player, the bass is awesome the neck is superb 38mm at the nut, plays really well, to me the neck seems slightly slimmer than the geddy lee neck!!! really nice tone from this bass with full tonal range with the pj config, it is strung with Elixir 45-105. looking for a sale, but open to interesting trades a nice american precision or spector LX4..     Hi Mate, i have a new japanese special run limited edition , aged candy apple red 1975 jazz bass with pj config, alder body, maple neck with rosewood fret board mop inlays and white binding, it is a fantastic sounding looking bass i have the same trouble as your good self it just dont fit right somehow !!! big fat tone with the pj pups made to perfection these basses outclass the american basses. i also purchased a fender tweed case for the bass . its barely 2 weeks old. would be happy to do an exchange with you if you were interested. cheers George my feedback [url="http://basschat.co.uk/topic/164771-geofio-feedback/"]http://basschat.co.uk/topic/164771-geofio-feedback/[/url]

    nice i got the 75 pj re issue and the neck is wonderful on that bass.beats any of the american basses around at the moment. sheer class. and i am a £1000 poorer too but well worth the dosh.
