    Try both would be my motto in this situation - it’s a lot harder to write instruction manuals than you think, remembering everything, restating everything without making the reader throw it away and decide to just wing it

    I get your point, but it’s all about taste (stop thinking about your nan). If you could afford a premium car like an Audi, bmw, jag etc would you buy it in snot green? I’d suggest it’s more likely you’d get black, dark blue etc and sunburst is a bit like that .. and tort.. which is always cool 🍿

    It’s not often that I agree with @tauzero but this time i do. Play across from the fifth string when it’s easier than using open strings, don’t expect to find uses for notes lower than E, they don’t come up that often

    I bought one from @Len_derby - I find it very useful, unless it has a huge body it really won’t compete volume-wise with an acoustic guitar, but it’s still audible for jamming
