    So was I - Citalopram at just 10mg helped - there were no noticeable adverse side effects.i took it for a month or so. Just ask for a low dose and see if you need more

    Valspar, you buy the dust and stir it in. Roller it on. Paint a few plan coats under it first. My girls have gold dust in their room paints. The bathrooms are sparkly silver on white
