I used to think ups were untouchably fabulous but this year they lost a parcel and faked the proof. Shutl sided with them but buyer insisted it was not her signature. Finally shutl agreed to start a trace and magically the parcel actually turned up at her door 24 hours later. Hermes managed to damage and THEN lose a parcel sent via shutl. It took nine weeks of pushing to get shutl to process my claim, they finally claimed they didn’t have a PayPal Id to refund me, but they did seem to be able to use one to bill me with in the meantime. Utterly useless.

I reliced my bass and comments were generally favourable which means I did a reasonable job. I didn’t do it wanting approval but validation is nice. It was a heavy relic job - it’s a finish just like any other, I give you the recent Matt finishes from fender

I have no idea if it sounds like a stingray but it’s feels solid and well made and the sound it makes is unlike a p bass. It is a good sound

I’ve got an est96a in yellow/honey with maple and its awesome. Batteries last forever although a less fiddly compartment would be nice
