I recall someone ordered a bass that looked vaguely like a fodera Has anyone ordered the more mainstream fender clones? Some of the photos look a bit too much like the real thing to "be real" so what do you actually get ? How close is it ? They have a nice looking sunburst and blocks jazz that's got my attention but I don't want something that looks like it came out a Christmas cracker - I understand it won't be up to the standards of the Custom Shop either Your stories ? Thanks

about buying a six string electric. In the bad old days I used to have one and I always wanted to be good at it but found I much preferred bass. I keeping looking at six string multi fx and battered Strats that come up on here occasionally that mercifully someone else buys first (there was a cheap MIK one a while back that I was [b]very close[/b] to pulling the trigger on). I don't want to turn to the Dark Side Anyone else wobbled from the righteous path like this ?
