i dislike Bonio intensely but 30+ years of being a frontman (see also Jim Kerr etc) to millions of people hanging on your every word probably turn you out like that. I doubt he started that way. I can't deny his lyrical ability and vocal range.

I've not found anything to beat my bass doc precision. It's now looking a bit beaten up but that's part of its charm

There's no doubt there are a few ladies out there who could wear more when recording, I think all the ones I have watched have been at least as talented as male uploaders so I don't think it's fair to say that they are advertising in any way, Some seem embarrassed like Marta but not many male uploaders give a confidently delivered five minute spiel either Fair play to them, I say

I did an om night (only bass player) and I didn't need effects or high volume. The guitarist used a Telecaster into a marshal and we still were quieter than the twelve minute blues scale fest served up by the preceding 21 year self styled "guitar hero" - even though it was church I overheard the C word being used about him
