Most likely explanation is a spelling mistake in their PayPal address when they listed it. Call PayPal to check though - you can find an 0800 number if you look on the net

That customer service really sucks

String tension is just perfect - I'm not sure I'd get a no load tone again - there isn't a huge difference although I can hear a little.

Sadly was unable to try amplified due to small person in bed. Will try and fix that tonight. Just unpacked it and strung it. Very low action. The neck feels surprisingly slim actually

Neck is tinted, with a darker tint on headstock, satin on neck and gloss on the board. Kluson reverse tuners Bridge has spiral saddles. I'm working on the pickup cover, not sure if I like it but don't hate it yet No-load tone pot for a fully leaded sound on 10 Plate is tort although I'm not sure how close it is to real tort used on a 73 - perhaps someone could advise ?
