They didnt ask what was in it, but the terms and conditions are on the web site if you look hard enough. It's a 50:50 in court at best, you'd win if you got the right judge on the day. The law is clear here, Thompson v SMG railways
The receipt you get refers you to t and c statement. If you don't read it, it's your fault. Year one law degree stuff.
