    I’m not from Cornwall. Sorry. however I’ve only been an Emmet once I recommend a tc electronic bh250. You can tweak it with your phone and it has a silent always-on tuner. It’s tiny and super loud

    In uk law, unless it’s changed since my law degree anything that’s a custom order you’re pretty much stuck with unless it is manifestly useless, eg a fridge with a custom paint job but that doesn’t actually refrigerate food

    I’ve had lots of conversations about it at OM and jams specifically because guitards and drummers noted my bass. lady who runs my local night found herself a band out of people who’d got up to play, so it can work
