I have asked for some bass playalong books for Xmas so going to learn some Hendrix and police songs. I can already do the simple version of all along the watchtower but its not the original I know it's simple stuff but you have to start somewhere. I'm also learning some songs a local singer songwriter has written - they're solo parts at moment and he wants help to flesh them out with 12 string and bass Edit: my little one is three and I still get little practice time
