  1. Larger people can have small hands too, or reduced stretch
  2. Agree, even with a 34” the audience won’t even notice that it’s not a guitar and is somehow different … 🤔 get a shortie and be even more inconspicuous
  3. @Shiggs I’ve seen some very petite ladies manage a full sized bass. It can be done, you have to compromise on technique and deviate away from that 100% ideal perfect kind espoused in tutor books. Exactly as Scottish-me @neepheid says. Example Enid from Girlschool is about 5’0 and does just fine with a p bass. Maggie from Fuzzbox is petite and just moves her hand more often
  4. That’s what we do 👍
  5. There’s a left handed part of marketplace here, I believe
  6. Word
  7. This… is … basschat …. you do know that, right ? The place that has never used the words “enough” and “basses” in the same sentence (unless by the word “not”) and where it is actually against the law to reach Michaelmas without selling a kidney to buy a new Fender/sandberg/yamaha #shakeshead#
  8. What do you mean “you get the feeling…” I never imagined it wasn’t exactly that. Curmudgeonly is the word that springs to my mind as a synonym for “basschat member”.
  9. I would not dream of criticising, actually, and I agree with you about “there”, “their” etc @SH73 I cite this as evidence https://mangolanguages.com/resources-articles/9-reasons-why-english-is-a-difficult-language-to-learn/#:~:text=Most English language learners will, require a lot of memorization. Amongst a million other results however I think the only reason that people think English is easy is because seemingly everyone on the globe is exposed to it from infancy and it’s everywhere. Immersion is powerful.
  10. You can find copper neck shims in a pack of various thicknesses on eBay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/185779208770?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=q7sruqa8QEW&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=bgbetJqEQOS&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  11. I often disagree with you @nilorius but you shouldn’t apologise for your command of English. I have IELTS 9 (top score) in English and I know that English is a really hard language to learn second. It’s in a league with Chinese for complexity with a vocabulary twice as large as most other languages. I know a German lady who has been in England 20 years, is married to a Brit and has English speaking kids and she still makes major mistakes
  12. Might come back to you

Evri is private vehicles however you’d notice a pattern of failed deliveries against couriers if you looked hard enough
  14. Didn’t they have about 8 pickups ?
  15. Or get a p bass … preferably sunburst with tort and added relic 😛
  16. I forgive you @ead because I’ve got wood. Oh hang on, no …. You’ve got wood in a bass shape
  17. Does anyone have tab for this ? I’ve not found much in google. I’ll take the rhythm Off the notation if needed thanks
  18. With an axe, and a chainsaw for the finer parts of the finish no doubt 🤔
  19. Never let me down, recommended
  20. unless you use an actual road of course
  21. What strange language is he speaking ? I cannot understand him at all.
  22. This Gak https://www.gak.co.uk/en/hercules-ha206-neck-cradle/108652?gclsrc=aw.ds&gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIv8O04d_pgwMVmYtQBh2VRgvxEAQYAyABEgJxfvD_BwE
  23. Tbh I just don’t like the aesthetics
  24. She is urging me to buy something nice as the land to be sold is in a place where bad things happened. Replacement therapy… It’s taken two plus years to convince idiot co-trustee to sell and I’ve been running the trust for 11 years prior to that. That means I’ve been immersed in it daily, and once sold I never need to go back there or even think about it
