Is the app paired with the bh250? can you show me the app screen where it says “connected device”? Mine is blank

I bought a used phone and cannot Bluetooth connect with my iPhone and so cannot bean TonePrints. Can anyone advise if I have to reset it somehow to clear the previous owners pairing ? Manual not much help and little on google also is the pc software worth using ?
