Both the albums they recorded at Relight Studios in Holland have gorgeous bass lines. His stuff on Blood on the Rooftops is awesome subtle.

Love Chris - vituoso bassist/musician. But Mike's my man crush - Great at the multi role he ended up with in Genesis. Listen to Supper's Ready live with Peter Gabriel, he's all over the bass pedals whilst playing guitar at the same time.

I suggest anyone buying a ticket checks the small print about refunds. Mike Rutherford looks like death warmed up too - look out for a twin-neck/Zimmer frame combo 😂

Great bass tones. I'm aware that the triple neck he used live was Wal machinery but did he use it to record and if not what? Ps. Love those octave down synth runs on Merlin - was that something Minimoog's had? Pps. Never knew Private Pike did the narration either!

Promoters charge what they think they can get out of you, not what the act is worth. I'd guess most Genesis 'fans' can afford it.
