Sting's 2nd cd (Nothing Like The Sun) was also released on double vinyl presumably so that the dynamics were retained instead of trying to squeeze it (time and compression-wise) onto a single LP. Genesis were one of the biggest offenders, often squeezing 25 mins per side onto vinyl.

There's another thread on here for LJ's passing and someone said it's him on a Stingray. A lot of it sounds like a bass to me.

I noticed early on in the Glasto coverage that Ed O'Brien has his name on the headstock of his Strat. On further investigation it's a custom shop with a Fernandes sustainer system. Never thought I see anyone from RH taking da mans dollars.

Is that the doc BBC4 ran in two parts? If so +1.
