    yeah - superflexible weich i believe red silk on bottom, purple at top http://www.gollihurmusic.com/product/1459-THOMASTIK_SPIROCORE_UPRIGHT_BASS_STRINGS.html only had em on for few months, bedroom playing - didn't suit me, I swapped for Innovation Solos I've got one o these Ali bridges and for all their problems I just like the design. Bookends maybe!
