  1. Give that man a friggin' medal.
  2. If they sold em’ I’d buy em’.
  3. Excellent, should have just tried it out really!
  4. Just wondering (and do excuse this if it’s an absolutely daft question, it’s because I’m absolutely daft) if, whilst using the stomp as an interface to go into Logic I can still use HX Edit to alter the Stomps effect parameters from the same laptop I’m running Logic on?
  5. Is it a parka?
  6. I use the pink ones exclusively when I play live so fill your boots.
  7. Let's 'ave it...
  8. If you manage to save just over 1k I recommend the Godin A4. Of all the acoustic basses I've played it's by far the best, not so much unplugged although I managed in my duo alongside one acoustic guitar and a belter of a singer, but amplified this bass totally comes alive, so many tonal variations, it's a killer. Having said that it was too long for me (I play short scale almost exclusively now) and it is a tad heavy but unsurpassed imho.
  9. Love that song, it still sounds utterly shocking to me now.
  10. I was just going to post asking for walking bass line recommendations but I think I'll work my way through this first, cheers @Bogdan.
  11. Any colour that isn’t black is daft in my book.
  12. Yes, in fact we both referred to it as 'gold' ...
  13. Although I enjoyed the drumming of the two Adam & The Ants drummers, their combined output wasn't (imho) as exciting as Dave Barbarossa's drumming on Dirk Wears White Sox.
  14. Exactly this. I used to get good quality black leads nicked or lost all the time, now mine are in a variety of daft colours this has stopped happening.
  15. Papa Levi, new to me.
  16. Yep, I’m good, was just missing that bass reading this!
  17. Sh1t5 and giggles? Why not have eight drummers like...
  18. Do you still have the Taylor Mini Bass and as I’m typing that have I asked you that before?
  19. Oddly enough I agree, they were a tad busy but really crisp.
  20. I enjoyed those a lot more than I thought I would, I usually run a mile from anything with the word medley anywhere near it. Enjoyed the drumming in particular.
  21. Yeah, let's have some ...
  22. Agreed. I did this at first but found myself needing it less and less as I became more accurate, luckily it didn't turn into a habit.
