  1. Me too. I almost exclusively use amp and cab modelling with ridiculously small, subtle adjustments, about the only effect I use is compression. I do go into an FRFR speaker but this is mainly because I want the sound coming from the speaker to be as close to the sound of the bass played acoustically as I can, the Stomp (paradoxically) is there to bring the final amplified sound back to that original acoustic sound.
  2. Funny that, how this whole situation appears to have drastically affected everything apart from GAS!
  3. Quietly accumulating funds for this, no doubt a week before I reach the amount someone will buy it!
  4. I don’t think you need to admit to common sense, I use an FRFR cab ... that I move on a trolley.
  5. Cannot get my head out of the charge ...
  6. Great minds, great minds ...
  7. Don't mince your words son.
  8. Come along now, this is an udder disgrace.
  9. Remind me not to get you to build me a house.
  10. 1. If you want to edit your parameters via a PC/laptop then you use HX Edit (much simpler IMHO than using the Stomp itself) I can't find anything that shows minimum system requirements unfortunately. 2. Yes it is possible but 'better' is difficult to quantify. 3. £409 at PMT seems to be the cheapest at the moment, no doubt someone will be along to shoot that down if I'm wrong.
  11. Mind you, then if all four were misaligned you could have a control cover that floated above the body...
  12. When doing very similar to you in the past I just went direct into the Focusrite.
  13. Just going to PM you Sir as I neglected to answer this at the time.
  14. I still hadn’t made up my mind about what to for this new project but the lockdown has taken the rush off the decision. Having said that, I think, as an FRFR convert I’m going to invest in a second K12.2, my duo partner can use the other one and I can have two running with the new band, more for a pose than anything else.
  15. Courtesy of Don Letts’ Culture Clash Radio, Tenor Saw, Golden Hen ...
  16. Stuart Maconie’s Freak Zone, which is new to me. He just played this ... ... splendid
  17. Highly likely to cause excessive flatulence? xxx
  18. Just watching Sounds of the 70s, 10cc doing Rubber Bullets, what an excellent band...
