  1. It really baffles me how they got on there. Nothing of merit at all.
  2. Must admit i watched her bum most of the performance. Couldn't stand the voice though.
  3. A bit like a cranked amp then 😂 Agree about the OJ though.
  4. Although i dont use it anymore, i love my Joyo OJ pedal. Very crunchy.
  5. I couldn't see where it says in stock, but not bad for £233
  6. Not really a fan of Tech21 stuff....😁
  7. I have 2 BDDI's and have had the PD v1 and V2, and VTBASS DI. Agreed about the VTBass, but the SH has the two channel thing, and a tuner.
  8. If i hear Tim play the intro to Town called Malice or Down in the Tube station then Tech21 will have my money 🙂
  9. I'm sure its in there somewhere. Must admit ive note touched the guitar amps at all so far. I expect thats where the Blonde lives 🙂
  10. What attracts me to this pedal is the two level/gain stage. My all time fav preamp/drive pedal is my COG Knightfall 66. Nice strong pre amp with a second gain/level Chanel on a separate footswitch. Same tone, only louder or with more drive etc. For me the SH does the same, but with a tuner, two mids and more output options, plus the cab sim stuff. Not going to rush in to it, i want to see some more YT videos first, but I can see my selling my Stomp to get this in the near future.
  11. Brilliant idea, considering i have two in my band 😞
  12. I think thats completely missing the point of me going battery powered. I get what you are saying, but if i wanted to use a cable to the wall then surely the unit's PSU would be used? Its all getting very complicated when all i wanted it do was use a battery powered FX so i dont have to worry about PSU's/cables.
  13. I can see that working for some, but then you the extra worry of having the batteries charged and extra leads to use them. One cable in to the wall seems more manageable. The PSU that comes with the Stomp is quite short so i just got a long extension for it.
  14. Totally agree with this. Not a deal breaker but i love how portable the BDDI/VTBass/PD are.
  15. Tim is like the later day Ed Friedland . Makes everything he plays sound like you must have it .
  16. Because i have no one else that can use them 😉 I have thought about doing it a few times, but its getting the band together in a decent looking place and getting tarted up, setting our light up etc. Singer wasnt us to do it but ive tried before and its bloody hard work with my lot.
  17. Yeah but i also have the EF-M11-22 for my M50, so same FOV and all in a much smaller package.
  18. Ive used my Hero 7 in shallow ocean and its been great. not been diving with it though. Its just oen of those things you can just throw around without fear of damaging it (within reason). I too am more likely to use my iPhone or Osmo Pocket over a camera these days for video. I have the Osmo Mobile 2 and 3, but not really used them much. OM2 too big to take out, OM3 still new and not had the chance. Just ordered the Max, getting it tomorrow. Until i decide if and when im going to sell my 5D4 i cant get rid of too much, but first out the door will be my 16-35 f/4L. Lovely lens, used it maybe 5-6 times since i got it. I guess that would be good for shooting a show reel in a studio with though. Hmmm, now theres a thought.
  19. I hardly use mine, but its been handy when ive been on holiday as its totally waterproof. Also good for festivals etc. The Hyper lapse feature is very cool, and the stabilisation is very, very good. Ive hardly touched my DSLR since getting a Canon M50 last year. might start selling off the L lenses.
  20. Ive used my GoPro a few times and the quietly is pretty good, although not as good as a proper video camera.a The good thing is its so small it can be clamped almost anywhere and doesn't need focusing etc. I was very tempted to upgrade my Hero 7 to the new Hero 8, but ive always fancied a decent 360 degree camera. It will be strange videoing the crowd at the same time as the band.
  21. That looks like a great gig. Ours are nowhere near as interesting, or as regular. Ive always fancied videoing gigs, but lack of transport means i cant be bothered lugging the gear. Going a bit off topic i have just ordered the new GoPro Max. I figure if i plonk that at the front of the stage it will capture everything, inc the crowd, and i can re frame afterwards. Audio supplied by my Roland digitla recorder.
  22. I have but as im normally on stage its not something i can do myself, and using a DSLR is very tricky for a novice, due to the DOF etc. Must admit i don't really have much experience with video like this, dont have lights etc, nor the experience to get the shots etc. Happy to pay a pro to do all this.
  23. Makes me want to keep my P34.....which i too am loving again.
  24. This would look great in the Bass guitar forum 😉
