Given the size and nature of Ashdown, adopting the 'big corporate' tone of voice would be inappropriate. However, they must ensure that the factual info they publish is accurate and unambiguous. On this thread, they've accepted that and apologised for failing to do so with the CTM15. That's good enough for me and I applaud them for their readiness to come out in to the open, engage with us - and take the praise (usually) and criticism (occasionally).
