I think your strings would affect the tone more than the wood on the board.

As usual, oldies moaning about festival prices and line ups, it was better back in the day, I remember this and that etc. Too commercial etc. Isn't this the usual clap trap you guys come out with? At least get something a bit more original.

TBH a Kanye show is better than most rock bands headlining a festival. How many people have seen a Kanye live set? Typical BC - no previous experience but will judge anyway.

They have been jamming that riff for (at least) 12 years. Do like the song though.

If they stick as they are for the second album then they will have very limited success in the future; it could break them. What they should do is what took the Black Keys 8 or 9 albums to work out - you'll never be a festival headline band unless you have a backing band. If they keep the bass and drum duo as the main attraction but work it round a full backing band then I could easily see them playing arenas in the next 3-5 years.

Saw them last April (or May) in some tiny venue in Leceister before they blew up. Great gig and tickets were only £7.

What gets me is when people say the music of the 60s and 70s was the best, period. That's regardless of age.

JMB is a waste of time. I've been through every singer and or guitarist in my area and found one good 'un. That's it. One of my bands actually folded a few months ago because we couldn't find anyone decent to front the band. The idiots we got at auditions...

All those artists you mentioned were signed to a label because they were believed to be able to make money for them, something which will never change. Plenty of talented guys out there; Kendrick Lamar, ASAP Rocky, Drake, Wiz Khalifa.
