MIDI controller type pedal, in fab condition (might be best to google it) but here's the bump MIDI Footcontroller for control of MIDI devices Portable MIDI footswitch with SMART CONTROLLERS Connection (ports) for 2 HEX Expression/ Volume pedals Smart Controller with volume adjustment when switching Input 1/ Input 2: 1/4" (6,3 mm) RTS Stereo jacks Output: 7 Pin DIN MIDI jack Can be powered by a 9V battery as well as an external power supply Power requirements (not included in delivery!): 9VAC 1.5A 220V Rocktron Adaptor, 9VDC 100mA Power supply with 5.5/2.55 mm Coax plug; or 9V Battery; or Phantom powering via 7-pin MIDI cable Dimensions (WxDxH): 320 x 145 x 50 mm Now Rocktron makes MIDI control easier and more affordable with the MIDI Xchange, a low-cost portable MIDI footswitch with "SMART CONTROLLERS". The MIDI Xchange is a simple to use, yet multi-functional MIDI switcher that not only controls Rocktron products, but other MIDI switchable products as well. Two built-in expression ports allow you to plug in up to two Rocktron HEX expression/volume controllers for continuous controlling of all sorts of parameters. A great feature of the MIDI Xchange is that it runs on a 9-volt battery, as well as external power. Thus, if you are doing a gig where it is hard to run power out to your floor pedals - You won't have any problem with the MIDI Xchange as battery operation will allow you to make the preset controller changes you need. And, the MIDI Xchange is also phantom powerable through select Rocktron processors and amplifiers. A three segment display shows you the preset you are on or which controller assignment has been selected. A power switch is provided to turn on or off the MIDI Xchange. Upon turning on the unit, the display will flash the number "1" at which point you may either press the RECALL switch to select preset "1" or use the UP and DOWN buttons to select the desired preset number -

Hi, I've have a older overwater bass that's had the active preamp replaced with a emg system. The bass sounds great but... As a result of this, the xlr di socket (which seems to come as standard fitment on this overwater model) has been disconnected. So I've be looking to rewire the di back up but can't seems to find any info how to do this, any thoughts? Many thanks

With the softstep as a controller, does it only allow patch changes or can you use it to change the filters, like a expression pedal? (If that make sense)

Hey guys, ok I've seen two used markbass cabs ones a 102 4ohms and the other is a 410 8ohms.. I'll be matching them up with a lm3 head.. I'm looking to run just one cab only, as I do have another rig that can be used with multiple cabs. So which cab would work best with the amp on a performance level? Thanks
