1. RedBubble might be a better bet for selling more affordably (and better quality) than cafepress. As for the designs I can't think of any ideas at this point.
2. Sold my DOD chorus to Dave, extremely fast payment and great to deal with all round.
3. Sorry guys but I've taken it!
4. I have got to agree with you on the power ratings of them, I used to practise in a room with one of the Mag 300watt 2x10 combos plus a 1x15 and my 160watt Workingman Pro combo was clearly more powerful.
5. The DAC is dependent upon the source format yes, but will make improvements though it will tend to make compression artifacts more obvious same as using higher end kit in general. Yes you could indeed do it that way and it minimises wear on the actual discs as well as technically a lossless file is superior to CD purely due to inaccuracies inevitable in the reading process with a moving disc though I'm pretty sure no one could say they could hear that difference. Personally format wise my choice would be FLAC and that's what I use myself.
6. I would agree with using a pc rather than CD player for music now and running lossless from it, invest the money in a good DAC rather than CD player.
7. Something like the GPT-PRO bag might work I guess, have to see if they sell them without the board. Might have to just build a flight case for it if not and put up with the weight.
8. Does anyone have any idea of where you could get a soft lightweight gig bag similar to the pedaltrain items. I want to make a lightweight transportable pedal board but could do with something like this to transport it. Don't really want to spend as much as the £65 for the PedalTrain one. Any suggestions? Ideally looking at something around the PedalTrain 3 size. Thanks
9. Your link isn't working but I'd recommend the unit from JohnnyShredFreak, cheap and very good http://www.johnnyshredfreak.com/
10. Really could do with the money right now so I'll drop this to £200 which is as low as it will go. It's a fantastic combo and becoming relatively uncommon as a pre fender take over example, easily keeps up with a band more powerful than you'd expect for the rating.
11. I'm skint so £25 each? Won't be going lower than this.
12. Right this months been unexpectedly expensive so £210?
13. I have an (as far as I'm aware) genuine Marcus Miller Fender Jazz Bass (4 string) scratchplate. Presume this would fit most ten hole jazzes? Has the additional holes for the pickup cover and the hole between the neck and pickup, no idea what purpose that's there for though! Condition is very good, some surface scratching from use but nothing very noticeable at all. £7 shipped? SOLD
14. Had a bit of a look around so decided to drop the price on the DOD's to £30 shipped each. Or could do £50 for the pair?
15. Pedals I'm interested in... Solidly built volume pedal, OC-2, EBS Octaver, EHX Freeze, also would consider phasers flangers and chorus pedals. Also would be interested in a good, as transparent as possible DI
16. Bump for a fantastic combo at close to a quarter or list price (RRP - £800)
17. My computer that works with my camera is playing up so photos are still on there way... Also to note I would definitely entertain trades of pedals (not tuner, wah or any form of distortion) and other items.
18. Bought a TC polytune, very friendly and extremely helpful all round definitely would recommend to others.
19. All prices include postage within UK. Pictures to follow; DOD FX35 Octoplus Octaver pedal (octave down), serial: FX1218130 Mid 80s pedal in very good condition for it's age some slight marks and paint loss in dots around it but nothing major and working absolutely perfectly. The battery door refuses to stay shut without tape though but that mainly comes down to DOD battery door design in general. £30 shipped SOLD DOD FX62 Bass Stereo Chorus, FX670617 Condition extremely good a few spots with paint loss but very few and extremely minor, battery door on this one still stays shut fine! In perfect working order also. £30 shipped SOLD Moen LOOP-1 twin channel true bypass looper. Moen appear to have renamed and repainted this with a tuner out as the Anole looper shown here http://moeneffects.com/4.html. It's a simple twin channel true bypass loop with LEDs showing which channels have been activated good solidly built pedal. Some loss of paint to front but nothing major and works perfectly once again. Currently has velcro on base but this would easily remove without leaving any marks. £30 shipped REMOVED
20. I got mine from here http://www.guitarpartsworldwide.com/ they had to order it in but took about a week from my order to arriving on my doorstep.
