1. I miss my old Bongo, hopefully you'll be bringing to the next Moffat do?
 2.
On my sofa watching My Name is Earl
Good call
 3.
I think Steve would be interested in this,,,,,,he nearly ruined it by slevering on it at the moffat bassbash hahahaha
I was just going to post about how much I enjoyed playing it at Moffat. Somebody should take a punt on this tho' it's really nice to play. As Steve points out, I couldn't get enough of it but I'm already sorted out for an EUB tho' - got a nice WAV4 a while ago.
 4. my ACG Recurve, it works for me ergonomically, visually and sonically
 5.
I bought an XDS95 a while back, and totally loved it. For no reason whatsoever, my receiver stopped working. No big loss I thought, I'll just buy a spare. Might even upgrade it to the rack version while I'm at it - the transmitter is the same. But now it's discontinued, and replaced with the Relay series. Which is FAR more expensive. Why's that? So I'm kind of annoyed, I can't afford to splash £300 just to have a working receiver. Nothing much I can do by posting a thread really, but I just think it's a bit devious of Line 6 to rebrand and then inflate the prices THAT much. So I guess incidentally, does anyone have the XDR95 or XDS95 they're not using that they'd care to part with?
Apparantly Brace audio do a wireless of similar spec to the relay for £140
 6. Hi Peter, hope you're well, good luck with the job hunting
Can you fill me in some more on the preamp and what kind of tone I can expect? Are these the MM style pickups the acg site talks about? The body shape is really growing on me

Also how does the neck feel? What's the shape like?
re the preamp, think of a tone, and you should be able to dial it in, they're incredibly flexible re the neck, most comfortable I've played, my 6 string ACG is more comfortable than the 4 string jazz I was noodling on. And they're very comfortable and ergonomic on the strap, absolutely no neck dive.
 7.
Have you tried floating thumb technique? There is no strain on the thumb at all when you do it right.... Just a thought?
I had exactly the same thought, good luck finding a solution/alternative diversion from reality anyhow tho
 8. stunning looking bass, the gallus shape is very striking

 14.
Not odd at all! I use my right thumb to mute lower strings, and left hand to mute all higher strings (relative to the one I'm playing)
+1
