1. Hi Folks, I bought these to delve into the realm of mic'ing up the bass (again), but my current projects are more suited to piezos so I'm going to move these on to fund some other gear. Both are in as new condition, with probably about 5 or 6 hours use, and are complete with all packaging. I paid £185 for both around 6 months ago, and they've been sat in their boxes since then. The pics are a bit shoddy, I'm happy to supply more if needed. Looking for £160 shipped to the UK MIC & PREAMP NOW SOLD
2. yeah, that was a good price for one
3. I'm interested if this is still available?
4. Hi Owen, I'll take the Rufus one if Me Tea hasn't beaten me to it.
5. Hi Owen, if this is the evolving bassist DVD I'd be interested. Who's the slap one by out of interest?
6. If you don't want to be tied to a software solution, the Beatbuddy is good, and sounds pretty convincing
7. Bump, priced dropped to £40 + shipping
8. here'e my BC sales ad in possibly inappropriate section here http://basschat.co.u...__fromsearch__1 I'm looking for £30 collected from Radcliffe
9.
None of my business, but wouldn't this be more likely to sell in the DB/EUB sales section?
yes, good point, and thanks!
10.
Turn your phone sideways. Works for me. Joking aside I have one of these and it's great.
wish I'd thought of that in advance
11. Lovely tone too, I've been lusting after one of these since trying one at a bass bash, but can't justify the expense sadly
12.
Struggling to get any volume without feedback from it. The gooseneck thing is too short. Had to fit ...glue...a specially shaped mounting bracket onto the bass...great for the sax but so far a negative feedback for the bass. Been putting it through an ART pre...maybe a better pre?
I ended up with one of these http://www.prodipe.c...contrabass.html had a bit of a try out and doesn't sound too bad compared to the peizo. I'd be inclined to experiment with positioning before changing pre....
13. I got one of these the other day http://www.prodipe.co.uk/mics/2140-bl21-lanen-contrabass.html not had chance to try it yet, but it might be worth considering?
14. Hi, can I take these please?
15. The bass is indeed sold, thanks Allen
16.
Owned by me from new until I traded it with Steve last month. (I originally bought it for a particular project that folded) I had tried a fair few electro acoustic basses before settling on this one after being taken with the big, articulate sound of these. The build quality is top notch and it has a couple of genuine design innovative features too. Steve's a top bloke as well! Buy/trade with the utmost confidence. GLWTS! Keir
Thanks Keir. Hope all's well with you
17.
Been waiting over six months for one of these. gave up 2 days ago and bought an Audio Technica ATM350..........bugger
Sorry for the hijack, how are you finding it? ( I'm in the market for something, and the seller doesn't seem to be that much of a regular on here)
18. here's some pics, happy to provide more if required It really is a beautiful instrument (it even smells lovely) but it's just not the one for me, which is such a shame.
19. I got this in a trade only recently from Kier (dub_junkie) and despite trying, I'm not bonding with it - if I need an acoustic I'll use one of my uprights. So it's sat in it's case, not really being played and I'd like to turn it into something I'm more likely to use. It's a lovely instrument, in as new condition, and comes with a custom fitted hard case, Trade wise, I'll consider basses (especially headless) and possibly amps or cabs. I'm happy to consider a px with cash my way, but don't want to put to a deal atm. I'll get pics of the actual bass up later, but it's one of these :- http://breedlovemusi...16-solo-bass-fl NOW SOLD
20. Chord 3u rack bag with 1u rack shelf. It's a deep one, with rack brackets on both sides so you could mount double the amount of kit if you so chose apologies for the pic orientation (as ever) I'm after £45 + shipping, it's in perfect mechanical condition, with a couple of minor marks on the outside could be interested in trades, nothing specific I can think of I need, but try me anyway
21. I've just done an amp trade with Pete, he got my GK MB800, I got his TC RH750. Everything went great, and he very helpfully drove all the way up to Manc as I had a nightmare week and couldn't get away to meet him halfway. He's an absolute gent and you're guarenteed a friendly, hassle free transaction. Cheers mate
22. Now traded
23. and replied
24. I'd love this, but no funds sadly
