2. I'll have it, can you pm me you're payment details pls?
3. if you decide to sell it for spares/repairs at a vastly reduced price, can I have first dibs seriously tho' I agree with SilentFly, you may as well try to bend it back. Take your time with it, you might want to prise the knob off and then bend the shaft straight
4. you could see if Shire is interested in this - he bought my Musicmaster
5. could you not get the MM pre repaired? - not that I'm trying to dissuade you from the acg pre
6.
What about a 2-tone burst in purple and orange? Now that's jaw-droppingly gorgeous, I'm sure you'll agree. S.P.
written down, I'd have thought ugh, but in the picture it looks great - almost ritter-esque
7. Great stuff Rob, your explanations are very clear. I for one appreciate you taking the time to type all this out.
8.
[s]Got any full body pics? Front and back, headstock etc... could be interested...[/s] oops...just clicked the link to the other thread
I do that kind of thing all the time. bump - any trade offers? it's just sitting at home not getting played at the moment
9.
Hey Steve, the SD makes it put out much more volume and punch, a really good upgrade and I'm glad I did it. I also swapped the pickguard for a black one from WD just for a change. Still got all the original wiring that came with it too so I can restore her to her former glory if I ever sell it You missing her yet?
Great stuff, the black pg works well. There maybe a small pang of regret in selling, but the proceeds contributed to something that will (eventually) make it all worthwhile
10. pm'd re Diago Power Supply

13.
Bump for woodyness! That's a unique & individual P for not a lot of brass. Jon.
Thanks Jon Bump
14. Hi Matt, how's the Musicmaster sound with the SD?
15. partysounds has been the one which worked for me in the past
16.
These things are tone monsters and much much louder than 150w suggests.
+1, I used to use a similar model which AFAIK was the same but with a built in SMX compressor, and it used to eat drummers and guitarists for breakfast.

EUB Build

very impressive work
18. thought I'd add a couple of pics while my camera was out bit of figuring on the fretboard... nice body shot the chattoyance (I think that's the word) on the body wood is beautiful, especially in sunlight, which admittedly is a problem in manchester
19. pic added for what it's worth, I still have the manual and box also
20. sorry Ste, the pt jr's not going to be big enough
21. ta for that, I'll see if I can find a workable layout for it this evening and get back to you
22. I've just found you're thread with the pedal train, how much space is there in the case for pedals to hang over the back edge of the board?
23. I don't think the board will be quite big enough Ste, I need it to fit my Zoom B.21u, boss slicer, a couple of smaller pedals and a vol pedal. Shame really. Have you anything else you could trade?
24. Hi Ste, I'll check the minimum board size I need when I get home, what kind of cash adjustment were you looking at?
25.
That is one pretty bass. That grain is insane! Good work on that one.
cheers mate, if it had more strings I'd be keeping it
