Parcel hero £44 extra for shipping a cab as they said it was 15kg heavier than I stated. Despite sending the link to the Ampeg website with dimensions, weight etc... They said that unless I has a pic of it on scales it was tough! Needless to say the twats are getting not a penny more from me. To top it all a second parcel sent at the same time to a client arrived smashed and yep, no refund, insurance without loads of pics. Couriers=chancers!

I use a Tonehammer 500 with my 2x10 and it's excellent and light and small. Worth considering I reckon

Just bought my FwonkBeta after having his arm twisted! Top banana, enjoy mate👍

I used to use a GK2001RB as my main amp until I got a TH500 as back up, after using it once it's now my main amp. Sound is great and volume isn't an issue against a mental drummer and loud guitarist. Never past 9-10 o clock through a Barefaced Big Twin T. The GK is now up for sale!
Would you mind putting a video up of the new Micro-Tron III? I signed up for the mail out but never received anything and they’d all been and gone by the next time I checked. I’m still puzzled by the choice of putting the sweep direction as a foot switch given that you generally have to dial in different settings for up and down sweeps. It would’ve made far more sense to use the second footswitch to toggle the expression pedal on and off a la the Wonderlove. Tempted by the Fwonkbeta…
Will do, the Fwonk is almost as good, but about £200 more once you take into acct shipping and taxes. If I'd had it before I'd ordered the mufx I probably wouldn't have bothered!
A Warwick Thumb Neck-Thru 5 string. Tons of responses so far, but mostly from people wanting to trade for Fenders. I'd only trade for something like this because I'm currently only playing rock and metal anyway. Always loved Dingwalls! I'll see how quickly I can shift it and then come and give it a go!
Cool no probs, Had loads of offers on the dreaded Ebay but mostly from France and Italy. Would rather ship local/UK really. Thanks, Paul
The Fwonkbeta is a monster. Pure filth. A good price too! Have a bump on me
Man its epic and I love it, BUT the new MuFx microtron 3 has arrived from the states this week and it is excellent and just pips the fwonk to the pedalboard. Too good for someone else not to have!

Up for sale my GK2001RB Used for 2 years and always kept in the flightcase and in excellent condition. Comes with the channel/mute footswitch. Collect from Hexham or can courier but its heavy. Bumpf (lots online) The 2001RB Amplifier Head is Gallien-Krueger's big gun with 2 - 500W woofer amps bridgeable to 1000W and 2 - 50W horn amps. It is capable of getting the deep, floor-shaking, warm sound that powers reggae bands. For rock players it features a special design distortion circuit that lets you quickly dial in the perfect growl and drive, and which automatically mutes the horns when the high-gain channel is activated. For funk players, its voicing filters and biamp controls let you scoop the mids and add the perfect high-end edge needed for popping. For any style of music performed on arena stages, the 2001RB is the amp of choice for top professionals.
