  5. I’ve played this and it’s an absolute beauty
  6. Yeah I’ve had lots of these, never had a mega heavy one. 3.9-4.1 ish of the ones I can remember. Good basses. Think the later necks had reinforcements in as early models had a few issues. Not all of them but some.
  7. Absolutely mega basses these. I’d guess 4.1kg and 40mm nut
  8. Now £70 Bought on this very parish as I was downsizing my Pedalboard, apparently not this much! Thumpinator now gone but original listing below. 9. Brand new Alan Dingwall ‘Bravewood’ P pick ups, CTS pots and loom with Fender parchment/ off white pick guard. These are the new pick ups made to a 62/63 winding I believe. Nice round sound, a little darker than say a Fralin. Price includes U.K. post
  10. You know it makes sense, resistance is futile 😂
  11. Sorry dude, I don’t wanna list everything 😉 It’s super cool!
  12. Gibson Ripper Bass in Ebony finish A well gigged punk machine showing every cymbal mark, buckle rash and hours of gigging splendour! This is not a case queen. Plays and sounds great and all works as it should. Currently strung with flats. Comes with non original but very good case. For sale on my website but Basschatters can get up to 10% discount on here as discussed with the team behind the scenes! 13. Yeah it’s a subject that can always go either way and it wasn’t a dig at you mate but some others should know better 🙄 I agree cash in the bank is doing nothing and basses are a decent way/ investment to keep cash moving upwards but more to the point keeping them being used and loved. I play every bass I have and none are stashed under the bed. I’m a collector who sells stuff as are most bassists to be fair😂 I just don’t hide my side hustle, that’s all. Anyway dude enjoy your killer P bass 🤘
  14. Thanks dude. As someone else ( a dealer ) who does the very same thing I do, as a side hustle business on Reverb etc..., thats a little rich mate. Prices are what they are, if it doesn't sell then maybe you're right. Yeah it needed some work and its not a case queen. Its a damn fine bass and more of an investment for me and if it sells then great, if not I have a lovely P bass. Anyway @ossyrocksyou have a damn fine bass there and i'm sure the price you paid is irrelevant to everyone bar yourself.
  15. Well apparently now according to Mark at Bass Direct they are in production now 🤷‍♂️ And obviously not due any day now as stated in his email 15th Feb and also ‘in stock’ on their website when they took the cash on 1st Dec 😬🤔 Me thinks they not telling the truth
  16. Another deal with Adam and super easy again. Thanks again dude 🤘
  17. Why hasn’t @bassfan bought the purple one yet
  18. Not as stupid as that sounds as it’s something I used to do, kinda. Always finger player and could never use a pic but mimicking the holding of the plec id use my index finger/nail as the plec. Worked a treat but obviously not every song just now and again if needed. All the time would result in a bloody stump 😂
