  1. Well, Had a quick hours blast of it this afternoon, blimey I think if I get the hang of setting it up right, it'll replace my whole pedalboard! Early days but, its very good indeed!
  2. Bought my Fuel Tank in a super quick, easy deal. Another good egg on BC. Cheers dude 🤘
  3. Met up with Dave today to buy his fantastic Dingwall bass that I tried not to buy initially 😂 After lots of comms and a little wait as there was another BCer in front of me in the queue I finally managed to bag it. To Dave’s credit he drove more than 2hrs to meet me half way, pretty damn decent that and we split the PayPal fees too ( and he knocked cash off for fuel for me too!, I mean what a dude!) . Result. Another absolute credit to what BC is about, another bloody good bloke and easy to deal with. Can’t wait to get it home and plugged in. Deal with absolute confidence as he’s a good -un. Cheers mate Paul
  4. Well it has arrived but can’t try til tomorrow as I’m out tonight! Can’t wait to try
  5. £2400 posted in the U.K. for next 24hrs,after that I may just keep it. It’s a bloody good bass 🤘
  6. 34” I believe and yep Ikea. Possibly the most talked about thing when I sell something. Could’ve sold loads of ‘em!
  7. All PM messages replied and still available 🤘
  8. Trigger pulled, arrives Monday😎
  9. Yeah I see what you mean. I think for the outlay it may be a neat solution especially for festivals which can be quick changeovers. I would use it in house for practice and recording too, eventually. Hmm, two weeks til next gigs, gives me time to experiment too
  10. Sold my Cali compressor to Eero, super easy deal. Paid immediately and another top BC member. Enjoy the pedal. Thanks dude Paul
  11. No I’ve had the 751 for a while now, it’s unbelievable and worth the extra weight, I think the Barefaced cab balances it out 😂 The sound is amazing. That’s why I’m wondering if I ‘need’ the helix? Ah really? I’m mighty close to buying 🤔
  12. So close to pulling the trigger today! I’m still tempted with this fella to replace my main pedal board, just wondering who uses live with a bass rig? I run Cali 76 compressor, Tech 21 drive, full tone bass drive as my main run ( Buffer at the front of the loop and an Emma Discombobulator too ) all through a Barefaced 610 and a DB751. Hmmm
  13. Mate I’m so glad the day finally arrived! Looks magnificent and I’m sure worth the horrible wait! When I’m down your way I’ll be popping in for certain 🤘
  14. Yeah I agree. Never ever thought of string spacing etc when buying or playing any bass. Don’t find anything an issue to bash a tune out. Even the fan fretted Dingwall basses I’ve had didn’t take any real adapting to.
  15. Never had a problem with any bass I’ve sent via Parcel2go and that’s from UK, Europe and the USA. Insurance is a very very grey area and I tend to not opt for it, even on basses worth thousands as they would never ever pay out. I believe this has been the case for others on here. I have a business insurance policy which covers items I send so couple it under this (ive checked and it’s ok). well packaged is the way to go, hard case preferable of course!
  16. Many changes over the years but nice and settled now. Fu Fighters gig board.
  17. Few enquires but no one pulled the trigger yet.
  18. Brand new Sonos Play 5. Was for my office but don’t really need it now. Never opened box. Cost about £500 I think so a bit of a saving. Price inc postage in U.K. The PLAY:5 uses 5 state-of-the-art digital amplifiers individually coupled with 5 speakers to deliver superior sound to any room. A subwoofer produces powerful bass while two mid-range drivers and two tweeters fill out the sound.
