  1. I was in U.K. Chili Peppers for more than 3 years. It was such fun playing Flea, really challenging and a right laugh. I’m now in Fu Fighters playing loads and loads of festivals in front of some canny large crowds and it’s the best! Not as difficult as playing Flea but as a band and experience it’s as close as I’ll ever get to the ‘real thing’. A real buzz! I know some people look down on tribute acts but I’m not arsed, it’s epic 🤘
  2. Well I’m not 100% sure how as it’s not slotted. But, it was on when I got it and it worked fine. It’s a heavy chunky old unit but worked as you’d expect it to. 🤷‍♂️
  3. oh now I don't like that! Yeah the price makes my eyes water
  4. Yep I like it. Looks cool to me.
  5. Just taken off and out of the ‘72 P bass that’s just been fettled by Howard BassDoc. Solid Brass scratch plate and thumb rest and bridge too - yep solid brass! £SOLD probably worth that weighed in😂 Kent Armstrong Pick ups - sounded great but put original ‘72 back in £30 Can ship or collect Hexham/Newcastle
  6. 3.8kg mate just shy of 9lb
  7. I don’t, I can get it when I get home about tea time but it’s not heavy at all. Lighter than my Flea Jazz for certain
  8. And all PM's replied to
  9. Cheers man, not really a Jazz player hence the sale dude. It is a canny thing and sounds great.
  10. Lakland Skyline Jazz. Plays and sounds really well, took in a trade against my PJ. It’s in pretty excellent condition and comes with a gig bag. Last one of the cull and I’m finally gas free 😂 can courier or collect Hexham. Comes with a gig bag.
  11. More trades added
  12. Don’t need don’t need don’t need! Be strong!!! 😂
  13. Does absolutely nothing for me. I’m just not into fancy dancy woods on a bass, it’s just a bit meh! Shape is odd too. Oh and I’m generally not a fan of that kind of headstock either😂 oh and no headstock is just wrong! I’m definitely a simple P bass man and the more worn the better, suppose it’s horses for courses 🤷‍♂️
  14. Oh and it’s 2019 remember 😉
  15. Hey man, sent you a PM
  16. Ha ha yeah man 🤘Or a black one for Nate Mendel
  17. Plays really nice too, QP pick ups are mighty. Hopefully someone decides to keep it in one bit and not split it up.
  18. Ok so this is up in the For sale section too so putting it in here as can split for parts if required? Its been sitting doing nothing so rather someone did something with it. Here we have a fairly decent P bass, put together some 6-7 years ago. Selling as a whole but could sell off parts instead but it’d be a shame. Body Candy Apple Red - similar quality to Squier or Fender Japan poss circa 1984. In pretty excellent condition. Scratchplate stamped 1984 Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounder Pick Ups CTS pots 2012 Generic ‘oriental’ neck and tuners? Happy to take offers on the bits or whole lot shipped to UK is £200. Collect Hexham of can ship.
  19. They’re as light as light things!
  20. Yep, if I didn’t already have the 6x10 and Big Twin 2 I might have bought it. GLWTS 👍
