1.
Great design on that drop-D - thanks for the extra pics
No worries. It's the juxtaposition of Kubicki and Status. I'm surprised they haven't thought before to combine the extra frets with the bendwell.
 2. I've been asked for more pictures of the drop D, so here you go
 3. i really would not like my gear to vanish!
 4. I'll bring a couple of custom Shuker's, and a Snapdragon folding bass.

 6.
Following the recent thread about stolen gear from a venue what security measures have been taken to stop this happening at bass bash?. Surelylanyards will be worn by attendees...
It's a fair question, but I've been to a few SE Bashes, and always felt comfortable leaving gear set up in one room while attending talks/jams etc in other rooms.
 7. Bit of an update. I sent back mine, and have received a replacement. It's fine with all guitars at bedroom levels, but the test will be the next gig which unfortunately is not until September 2nd
 8.
Oh yeah, I build studios for a living, been engineering for 30 years.
Muchos respect. I could probably work out where the volume is. Probably.
 9. Do you really know what all those buttons do
 10. I remember it at the LBGS, but would be interested in hearing it at a louder volume. Although this thread would have put me off buying one if I wanted one.
 11. Didn't most of Oasis go with Liam to Beady Eye, rather than with Noel? Maybe they know something we don't?

 13.
... or was he reading the lyrics of an autocue?
I didn't know he could read...
 14. Has anyone got a link?
 15.
There's no bigger Stones or Macca fan than me, however I have no interest in their new material. I'll keep buying their 60s material. Blue
I prefer the 70's stuff. But I guess you had to be there
 16.
Look forward to it! Great venue, plenty of parking and nice room splits/staging areas....
Please bring the Axe. Please please please!
 17.
The Charmandean Centre in Worthing? I'm sure Nik would be the best person to yay or nay on this one, mind you.
Worthing would be a bit far for those of us coming from that London
 18. Did it on a MM Sub years ago. Just widened the nut for the B, and gave the set up a tweak. No worries.
 19.
Good that you managed to get it on video - things like this are usually impossible to capture!
Over the years we've accumulated quite a blooper reel
 20. The folks at Xvive asked for a video of the U2 not working properly. Fortunately this very thing was available from a Junkyard Dogs gig. I sent it to them, so watch this space.
 21. Wowsers!
 22.
+1 to what Osiris just said. That's pretty much spot on!
With the caveat that a lot of amps are voiced, so a flat EQ ain't necessarily so.
 23. Plenty of bass goes through the monitors. When I played there before, I went through the amp, but it wasn't loud enough for on stage monitoring, so I had bass in the monitors. So this time I didn't want to bother with it. I did end up DI'ing through the BDI121.
