There are a few minor dings, but nothing that I can photo. I've added the black scratch plate (original white plate included in sale). Also I had the neck slimmed, its still a Tele neck, but less of a club. There is a bit of wear on the bottom edge - shown in photo - but this makes it more comfortable as the edge is rounded and doesn't stick in your arm.

    Pointy headstock that is still pointy. Upgraded with a Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounder and comes with a hard case. A tad of mojo on the bottom - I've tried to show in the pic. An amazingly well preserved over 20 years old, made in Japan Charvel.

    nobody [i]needs [/i]a P bass, but they are a sort of right-of-passage. With a P, you are not buying a bass, you are buying the rock n roll dream, and Fender's history and heritage. Regardless of what is played now, most people seem to have had one. Probably just due to the ubiquity of the instrument though.

    Update from Jon: [color=#000000][font=sans-serif][size=1]The body is all sorted now, i’ve just started get the shielding sorted, so electrics over the next few days. I’ve got a bit more to do on the neck which i’ll be doing this coming week too. I’ve had a bit of a restricted 2 weeks or so with ‘students’ in, a course the week before last, returning students for three days last week and 3 days again this week, but i shall crack on![/size][/font][/color]

    If a band are playing in a pub, for me, that's a reason to go in. If the band are crap, that's a reason for me to leave.
