1. until they add a few guitar amp sims to their bass pedals (al la Digitech BP355) i'm gonna stick with my J-station.
2.
I'm mildly tempted, but had and sold a worn series V for less than that a few years back. Though TBH it was far from being a great guitar, even though it looked the business.
this is far from worn! Great condition, and plays really well. Light too. Only problem for me is the Gibson neck, my wee hands suit a shredders neck so i'm going back to my Hamer.
3. Genuinely suprised this hasn't sold yet. A genuine Gibson in great condition for less than three hundred bump.
4.
Whereabouts are you?
that London, south west.
5.
There is a review. In this month's bass mag
is that the one with Fieldy on the cover? Had a look and couldn't see the amp review.

7.
You can't sell for toffee, Pics and a bit of pizzaz please
Give me a toffee first!
8. A new amp is on the cards so letting this go. I've had it since new and fitted a tonepro adjustable bridge.
9. i saw Bruce about 20 years ago when he was with the Stiffs. Awesome.
10. lots. Haven't got any scales so can't be accurate. It's a one hand lift but only for short distances. Very short.
11.
To me, if a bass buzzes or rattles, it needs a better setup or better player technique.
this. my set up is ultra low, but no fret buzz, even on my basses without a ramp. i dig in too on occasion.
12.
There is a review. In this month's bass mag
cheers will check it out. still want to hear from someone who has one, or played through one.
13. No thread yet for the Peavey Vypyr II VIP's? "The world's first amp that contains Bass guitar, Acoustic guitar and Electric guitar amplifier models." Anyone tried one yet? As I play guitar too, the 100w VIP 3 could save me space and hassle - if it's any good and loud enough for decent size gigs in bass mode. http://peavey.com/products/index.cfm/item/1192/118347/Vypyr&reg%3B&nbsp%3BVIP&nbsp%3B3
14. Marshall footswitch I've had from new - about 20 years ago. It still does the job with a 2 channel amp, and I'll throw in the lead I've been using. Generous me ;-) I could post it at your expense, but not sure how much this would be.
15. I've had this since new, sometime back in the 90's. I still gig with it - it's loud! Marshall foot switch included for an extra £9.99 Collection from SW15.
16. well you can tell by the lack of posting that I'm not exactly desperate to sell this. So before my subscription expires here's a bump with more pics.
17. So following the given advice, and then using my ears, what I've come up with so far is shown on the attached.
18. so at the moment its between Reaper and Presonus Studio One free.
