Really not sure, as have the mother in law over for a visit, but may have some things to donate to the raffle.

Set up master class. Along the lines of, people turn up with their own basses and tools, and someone takes the class through setting up their own bass.

Apart from my own custom Shuker, and Kubicki's (who I got the idea from) are there any other bases which have an extra 2 frets above the nut, for an open D?

I know ultimately it's about using my ears, but i need a ballpark to work from (so to speak) So what do I need for a good tapping sound on bass (Billy Sheehan, Van Halen type tapping) ? Boosts in the mids or trebles? Compression? If so what settings? Thanks.
