1. for me it was between 6 & 9. 6 edged it for having slightly more b0ll0x. IMO of course.
2. machine gun etiquette for me. Great bass riff to kick the album off on Love Song. Love the Damned in all of their inceptions. Probably the band i've seen live the most.
3. Fendery, fat Jazz?
4. i use 11's, i play lead with plenty of bending. The only reason i'm not using 12's is because i can only find packs with wound G strings. What do you guys using 12 & 13's use?
5. no interest in this amp then? consider i suprised. Ideally i'd like to hear one in a gig situation (bass) or at least be able to try one but really wind up the volume.
6.
Yep, the Malcolm Young Technique of keeping it tight and simple is one that is overlooked by many, and not just on guitar.
Wouldn't necessarily call Malcolm's playing simple. He often uses inversions and different chords voicings. It's one of the reasons there are so many bands doing bad AC/DC covers. edited due to typo's. I'm tired.
7.
its not a fender so of no interest to anyone but me it seems. oh well never mind
Tim?
8. Thanks, but no ta Homer. Decided to withdraw from sale. Although I'm not gonna use it, it's too nice to sell. Not logical I know.
9.
I love the Smiths but Morrissey is definitely a bit up himself.... Another opportunity to post a link to a classic bit of viz... http://www.omg-ponie...issey-is-a-twat
i still have that issue.
10. Once when single, I was on a promise, but left to get to the gig on time.
11. i have a Tech Soundsystem 2x12, wrapped speakers so only a tad bigger than a 1x12 if you can pick up and return to SW London, you're welcome to borrow. All i would ask is that you post a brutally honest review of it in its for sale thread.
12. until they add a few guitar amp sims to their bass pedals (al la Digitech BP355) i'm gonna stick with my J-station.
13.
I'm mildly tempted, but had and sold a worn series V for less than that a few years back. Though TBH it was far from being a great guitar, even though it looked the business.
this is far from worn! Great condition, and plays really well. Light too. Only problem for me is the Gibson neck, my wee hands suit a shredders neck so i'm going back to my Hamer.
14. Genuinely suprised this hasn't sold yet. A genuine Gibson in great condition for less than three hundred bump.
15.
Whereabouts are you?
that London, south west.
16. These are going for $29.99 plus on ebay USA bump.
17.
There is a review. In this month's bass mag
is that the one with Fieldy on the cover? Had a look and couldn't see the amp review.

19.
You can't sell for toffee, Pics and a bit of pizzaz please
Give me a toffee first!
