The Sun Ra Arkestra featuring Marshall Allen, are playing in that London soon. I'd like to go but tickets are over £40.
When my uncle saw them in Rio Preto (Brasil) it was £4.
He's 99 years old so may not be too many chances to them again (although I don't know how long aliens live 😉).
Morrissey calls BS on music industry tributes to Sinead O'Connor.
In this instance I agree with him.

In terms of how the look of certain instruments suits specific music types, this can change over time.
An example from the guitar world are the Flying V and Explorer, which were quite popular in Country bands in the late 50's and 60's.
I thinking (hoping) this will do the job, and allow me to play:

Just synth pedal output 2 (octave)
Both synth pedal outputs.
Rated 12A for language. The BBFC's Guidelines state that strong language (e.g. 'f***') may be passed at 12 or 12A, depending on the manner in which it is used, who is using the language, its frequency and any special contextual justification.
If I was looking for a vocalist for a rock band, I would happily approach a chap who had the right image and ask 'do you sing?'.
I would be wary, to the point of not actually doing it, with a lady.
I once saw a Coldplay tribute band (not intentionally) and the best reaction they got was when they played 'I believe in a thing called love ' by The Darkness 😕
You're not into what the band do, and you would jump ship if the opportunity came?
Unless the band know and don't care, you should let them find someone more committed.
Wham! splitting up turning George Michael from pop star to global megastar.
Robbie leaving Take That. Big success for both, once Take That reformed.
Hollywood Rose, and LA Guns, disbanding to form Guns n Roses.
